I have known Pastor Otelia Anderson for over ten years. She served first in our church, Lighthouse Full Gospel in Seaside, California as the Youth Pastor. Upon transferring to Indiana, she completed her biblical training and pioneered a work there. Pastor Anderson is dedicated, sincere, warm and friendly and has a passion for the things of God coupled with a spirit of integrity that is lacking in many. Because of her walk with the Lord, and her diligence, I have seen her accomplish things that many would consider impossible with the materials she has had to work with. Pastor Anderson is an asset to the Kingdom of God, a threat to the Kingdom of darkness, and a gift to the Body of Christ. I believe she is a vessel through which God will do mighty exploits in this present hour we're now in.

Being a member of Joshua Generation is like being a member of a family. In the real sense that is what we are, a family in Christ. Pastor Anderson is a very warm nurturing Pastor who takes a personal interest in her congregation and all those around her. It is unbelievable where she can find the time to travel to Africa to spread God's word. She spreads God's word at work and everyone she comes in contact with. Those who know her should consider themselves truly blessed.

Otelia is woman of God, Spirit filled and Holy. When I have let society make me think that something is acceptable, the Holy Spirit throws up his hand and says, "Stop right there. I know what you are going to say." The Spirit says what is True and in the Word. Otelia told me that she does not have a "soft" word for people. God gave her the "hard" stuff to deliver. She does the pruning in the vineyard. She does not have an easy task. Pruning is painful! I can't complain my spiritual growth has come from her "hard" words. I want you to know that sometimes, not often she speaks a "soft" word to me. I cherish those times. I love her for it and I thank God for her obedience to His Word.

I have known Otelia over ten years, occasionally gets together, have lunch, talk, and pray together. I have also attended Joshua sponsored function, which have been exceptional. Otelia is a friend, a great person, and very spiritual person.

When I find my down, her spirituality and word of wisdom she speaks, not her words but the words of our Heavenly Father really lifts me up. God could have not chosen a better person to do His work and to over see His ministry.
